Manchester United

I'm not very big on sports. I don't play sports and I'm not good at them. But I Love Soccer and I love watching it. My favorite team is Manchester United and my favorite player is Christiano Ronaldo who used to play for my team but now plays for Real Madrid, who i semi support now. Christiano Ronaldo is from Portugual and he currently holds the name for being the most expensive player in football history after being moved to Real Madrid for 80 million pounds and his contract with real madrid has now made him the highest paid footballer in the world. Ronaldo began his football career as a youth player at CD Nacional and he played well with this team causing him to move to Sporting Clube de Portugual two seasons afterwards. Ronaldo's skills caught the attention caught the eye of the manager of manchester united team, Alex Ferguson and he signed him in 2003. The following season, Ronaldo won his first club honor, the FA cup and reached UEFA Euro 2004 final with Portugual, in which tournament he scored his first international goal. Three time Ballon d'Or winner Johann Cruyff said in an interveiw on 2 April 2008 "Ronaldo is better than George Best and Denis Law, who were two brilliant and great players in the history of the Manchester United team."

Music

Music is my life. When I'm sad, happy or mad i listen to music and it always can make me feel better. When i need to think or even when i just want to be alone, i put my headphones on and listen to my music. I listen to all sorts of music but i hate country music and hard rock, i literally cringe to the sound of it. Being from an island we listen to 'island' music which is reggae, soca and dancehall and any of that music makes me so happy, Expeshialy when i'm away from home and i hear any of that music, it makes me feel like im home again. I love being from Bermuda and all the things that come along with being from Bermuda including the Music. Music is my comfort. Music can take away awkardness and sometimes music even brings people together. Music is my life and without it i would be lost. I wouldnt know what to do with myself without it.

Bermuda

Bermuda really is another world. I love Bermuda and i love being able to say that I'm from Bermuda. It is the most Beautiful place i have ever seen and its uniqueness makes it even better. Everything is different in Bermuda, from the people, to the town, to the restaurants. In Bermuda we have no U.S branches as in there's no MCdonalds or any american clothing stores, the only 'American' thing that we have is a KFC. This is something that i love about Bermuda. Bermuda is 21 square miles long and at its widest point it is 5 miles long. At times you can feel very confined and bored, but just remembering the fact that your on the island of Bermuda is enough to make the other feelings go away. I love Bermuda and I am very proud to say that thats where i home is.

Be Yourself

I always wonder why when you meet someone new, why they feel the need to not be themselves. This doesn't happen in every situation. But a lot of the time i feel like people feel the need to try to impress you so they don't act themselves when they first meet you. When in actual fact it would impress a person more if you can just completely be yourself all the time and not worry about what others will think. When you end up becoming close with a person like this, you trust them and you put your trust in them when only to find out that they were just being fake the whole time and when you discover who they really are, your friendship starts to fall apart until there is nothing left because the person that you thought they were is completely different then then who they really are. This is why I believe that it is important to know who you are, embrace it and not be afraid to be yourself because if a person is going to judge you on the way you are then they weren't worth your time in the first place. 

Fashion

Ever heard the saying "The grass is always greener on the other side", well that plays true in my everyday life with things as simple as getting dressed in the morning. Being unique and different is important to me especially through the way you present yourself. I always find myself raiding someone else's closet to find something of theirs to wear, because i sometimes feel that my clothes aren't as fashionable as they appear to everyone else. In my efforts i always seem to stumble over my own clothes, because while i find everyone else's to be so appealing they feel the same about mine. Which leads me to think that maybe my clothes are up to my and everyone else's standards, maybe i just think that "The grass is always greener on the other side."
